Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how this website may be used and the general basis on which I offer web development services. Please read them before using the website or asking me for a quote.

1.Introduction
This website belongs to Muhammad Asad, a web developer and WordPress specialist, who operates it under the name AsadMughalStudio. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Muhammad Asad, “you” means anyone who uses this website or asks me for services, and “this website” means this site and all of its pages.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. Details of how I handle personal information are in the Privacy Policy.
2.Website use
You may use this website to learn about my services, view my work and contact me. When you use it, you agree not to:
- Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
- Try to break into, disrupt or overload the website, its forms or its hosting
- Send spam, malicious code or false information through the contact form
- Copy, scrape or republish the website’s content in bulk without my permission
- Pretend to be another person or business when you contact me
I may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules. This website may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or social media profiles. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or policies.
3.Portfolio and project content
The portfolio shows the kind of websites I design and build. Some projects on this website are demonstration samples created to show my style and abilities, and they are labelled as such. They are not real client websites and should not be taken as claims about work done for a particular business.
The designs, layouts, text, code and graphics in my portfolio samples belong to me. Where I show real client work, I do so only with the client’s permission, and the client’s own logo, brand, text and images remain the client’s property.
4.Service inquiries and quotations
You can ask about my services by using the contact form, email, WhatsApp or the quote request form. Sending an inquiry, or receiving a reply or quotation from me, does not create a binding agreement for me to carry out any work.
A quotation is my estimate based on the information you give me at the time. If your requirements change, the quotation may change too. Quotations stay open for [Add how long a quotation stays valid, for example 14 days] unless I say otherwise. Prices and starting prices shown on this website are for general guidance only, and I do not treat them as fixed offers.
I only begin work on a project after we have both agreed the details in writing. A clear email or message from both sides is enough for this purpose.
5.Project scope, pricing, payments and timelines
The details of each project are agreed separately with the client, in writing, before work starts. This agreement can be an email, a message thread, a written proposal or a contract, and it covers:
- Scope: what I will build or fix, and what is not included
- Pricing: the total cost, and how any extra work will be priced
- Payments: how much is paid, when it is due and which payment methods are used
- Timelines: the expected schedule and the main milestones
Timelines are estimates and depend on you giving me the content, access and feedback I need on time. If you ask for work outside the agreed scope, I may need to adjust the price and the schedule, and I will tell you before going ahead.
If something in these terms differs from what we agree in writing for a specific project, the written agreement for that project is the one that applies to that project.
6.Client responsibilities
To deliver a project well, I need your help. As a client, you agree to:
- Give me accurate and complete information about your business and your requirements
- Provide the text, logos, images and other materials needed, in good time
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, everything you give me, so that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights
- Review work and give feedback and approvals promptly
- Keep your own accounts, logins and passwords safe, and share access with me securely
- Keep your own copies of your content, unless we agree in writing that I will manage backups
- Make sure the content and activities of your website follow the laws that apply to your business
- Pay the agreed fees as set out in our written agreement
7.Intellectual property and licensing
This website. The design, text, code, graphics and other content of this website belong to me, apart from third-party material described below. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it without my permission.
Your materials. The logos, text, images and other materials you provide remain yours. You give me permission to use them only as needed to carry out your project.
Final work for clients. Unless our written agreement says otherwise, [Add when ownership or licence of the final custom work passes to the client, for example once the agreed fees are paid in full].
Third-party components. Themes, plugins, fonts, images and other third-party components used in a project stay under their own licences, which are separate from my work. I keep the right to reuse my general skills, know-how and non-client-specific code snippets in other projects.
8.Third-party tools and services
My work often relies on tools and services made by other companies, such as WordPress, Elementor, themes and plugins, hosting and domain providers, payment gateways and communication tools like email and WhatsApp.
- These tools and services are governed by their own licences, terms and privacy policies, and I do not control them.
- They can change, stop working, or change their prices or features without notice, which may affect a website that uses them.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the client holds the accounts and pays any licence, subscription, hosting or domain fees they require.
I am not responsible for the availability, performance or actions of third-party providers.
9.Website availability and limitations
I try to keep this website running and its information accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The website may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, technical problems or reasons outside my control, and I may change or remove content at any time without notice.
The information on this website, including descriptions of services, tools and portfolio samples, is general and may become out of date. Nothing on it is a promise of a specific result. For example, I cannot promise search engine rankings, a particular number of visitors, enquiries or sales from any website.
10.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by the law that applies, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from my services. This includes loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, even if such loss could have been foreseen.
To the same extent, my total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to [Add your liability limit, for example the fees you actually received for that project].
I am not liable for problems caused by third-party tools or services, by materials or access supplied by the client, or by changes made to a website by anyone other than me after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11.Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time, for example when I change my services or add something to the website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply to your use of the website from the date they are posted, and they do not change a written agreement already made for a project unless we both agree.
